Thanks for shopping with Artemis, we appreciate your business! We always aim to deliver only the best service to our customers, but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


Exchange or refund for Damaged or Faulty Goods

Sorry to hear that your product isn’t quite right. Let us know via the email or telephone number provided below, and we will sort it out as soon as possible. We may ask for proof of the damage, which we will need so that we can raise a dispute with our courier. Images (JPG or PNG) are the simplest way to do this, and can be attached via email.

Once your claim has been approved, we will process it as soon as possible and send out the relevant replacement. Only in exceptional circumstances can we issue a refund for Damaged or Faulty Goods.

General Returns

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds on our cold brew products unless damaged or faulty.

If, however, you are not totally satisfied with any merchandise, we will be more than happy to provide a refund within 14 days of purchase on unused/unworn items still in perfect condition. Simply return the item to the address provided below in its original, sealed packaging, and email or call us to let us know that you’re returning it. We will then approve and process your refund as soon as possible. Please note that we are unable to cover the costs associated with returning the merchandise.
